In recent years, he has acted as an all-around international tech executive who builds and manages sales teams (direct and partners) for tech companies starting their business in Asia-Pacific. Dave has built successful teams from the ground up, leading them to overachievement and excellence. As a trusted advisor, he successfully shaped, sold, and delivered complex multi-million dollar solutions and projects to Fortune 500 and other enterprise customers across various industries, including Banking, Telco, Health, and Retail.

Gary a seasoned tech executive with over 35 years of experience, spanning leadership roles in revenue generation and strategic development across tech startups and global enterprises. His career has taken him across Europe, Silicon Valley, and Asia, providing a rich multicultural perspective. Before co-founding Generative Leads and other AI startups, Gary served in the Royal Air Force, founded a successful tech consultancy, and honed his skills in leading global revenue strategies out of Asia. He owns Consultates, a fractional executive consultancy focused on human-centered AI solutions for business leaders.
